Heavy-duty transport caster roller, plated specification M441D-F50FCE

This is a 5-ton type heavy-duty transport roller for smartly carrying machinery and other items in a clean environment.

The surface is treated with a plating process to prevent paint peeling and rust, making it suitable for use in places where paint peeling is not allowed, such as food factories and clean rooms, as well as in environments prone to rust. The top of the table is made of wear-resistant rubber, ensuring a perfect fit for lifted items. The table can rotate freely, making it convenient for changing directions. The wheels can be replaced by the user. Since all standard and flat type models share the same wheels, maintenance can be done with a single type of replacement wheel for all models.

[Production Example] Caster Roller Urethane Rubber 90 Degrees Black

The protruding part of the metal fitting was designed to be on the bottom when creating the mold! This allowed for smooth grinding and polishing processes.

Here is a case study of the production of "Caster Roller." We found a jig that can handle nearly 20 pieces at once for shot blasting, allowing for a smooth execution of both shot blasting and adhesive processing.
